Rotary Kiln Activation
Steam activation at 850–950 °C is where porosity is born. Our kilns run continuous temperature and residence profiling per recipe, so an iodine-1000 grade today is an iodine-1000 grade next quarter — the consistency importers actually buy.
Crushing, Screening & Extrusion
Multi-deck vibrating screens cut clean mesh fractions (4×8 down to 325 powder) with tight oversize/undersize control; extrusion lines form Ø3–6 mm pellets and honeycomb monoliths. Dust extraction keeps granules bright and packing clean.
QC Laboratory — Every Batch
Iodine number, CTC, methylene blue, ball-pan hardness, ash, moisture and pH are run per ASTM/GB methods on each production batch. Pre-shipment samples on request; the COA that travels with your container is that batch’s own data.
Export Packing & Logistics
